Enter the Ngorongoro Crater with the spirit of an explorer and be changed forever. This enormous, 2,000-foot deep crater in the volcanic highlands of Tanzania formed more than two million years ago. All "Big Five" species–lion, leopard, cape buffalo, elephant, and black rhino–call this remarkable landscape home, roaming its contours among other wildlife like flamingos and antelope.
